  4. I haven't tried yoga,but I would like to practise it.In my opinion, it's perfect way to relax and it should be useful for our health.Also it may be helps to lose weight and make your body more flexible.I think, I'll enjoy doing yoga

  5. i have twice tried yoga and it's very good for body and it's relaxing. And now when i'm pregnant i'm doing pregnancy yoga.. It helps me to rest and i do it in the evening when i'm home after a long day. it's good for our health.

  6. I have never tried yoga but I like it. It's physical and spiritual relax. It helps people to be rested and I think to live quite. It;s very healthy. If I had much more time I would like to try yoga for relaxing and taking everything easy...

  7. I have never tried yoga, i would like to trained it. It is good to our health. I think yoga is difficult. One year ago my friends was walking to training and she used to say that she was very tried and she pained abdomen,legs, muscles and everything....

  8. I've never tried yoga. I think that it will be very tiring, especially for me. Generally , I don't like physical exercises because I'm lazy person. But I would try it for interest one time.

  9. I've never tried yoga but I think that it is a really good idea to sign up at this course because I definitely need relax.I consider that it needs as my body as soul :)

  10. i haven't tried yoga,but i'm interested,what a spiritual pleasure it brings.maybe after some years i can try it,culture which has 23 000 years history,it's really interesting.

  11. I have never tried yoga, but in case i have an opportunity, I won't pass it up! I know that yoga is not only an effective method to reduce stress, but also is a good way to get fit and stay healthy.

  12. I have never tried yoga, but i want to try it very much because my friend tried it and she is very satisfied.I know that yoga helps people to be healthy and calm. I need both of them and i think i try it definitely.

  13. wnen i was about 10 year i faund a book about yoga and became very interested about it and traied to make some aqtivitis which was given in zis book but a coodn,t make any of them becouze at thet tima a were littel fat :) now i do yoga every day :D

  14. hi))) dont know how to start but i'll tell you what, i agree that yoga is very good activity for body , i agree that With yoga, the body is stretched and pushed to create muscular strength and power, it also helps you to relax so its stimulate for me to enjoy yoga , but on the other hand i dont have the will to enjoy with yogas spititual exsercise.P.S. in our religion its strictly prohibited ))
